Just received my order, everything looks great! My only wish was that the ribs would be frozen separately, it's a lot of meat, and it may be some time before we have enough people around to thaw and cook all together.

Better than beef

I have grown to love bison ribs. I grew up eating pork ribs n beef ribs. But they don't match up to the tenderness and flavor of bison. I found out that you don't have to put lots of dry rub on them to add flavor. It's like eating a good steak. Only need Salt and pepper. I can't wait till my kids come and visit in February. They are going love these.

They were the best ribs I ever ate. I used the rub and cooked them in the oven. They were so tender.
