Do you have a suggested time and temp for cooking your ribeye steaks to medium rare using the Sous Vide cooking method?
I have not yet used the sous vide method for cooking any of our steaks, but I have heard from others who have been happy with that method. I'm sorry I can't give you specific cooking times for that.
