Refund policy

Please note: Orders are unable to be cancelled or refunded once they have been fulfilled. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled, please call 888-665-8757 as soon as possible and send an email to admin@nebraskabison.com. Refunded orders will be charged a 6% processing fee.

Orders that are not received or arrive spoiled due to errors on the buyer end (i.e. not entering the correct shipping address or not being home to receive the package at the scheduled delivery time without alerting customer service prior to the order shipping) can not be refunded.
