Great Customer Service!!
My first purchase didn't go as planned, and shipping delays caused the meat to arrive thawed and not cold. I emailed email@example.com and Megan was extremely helpful and understanding. A replacement package was sent and arrived with the meat still frozen. Thank you so much Megan!! I am a repeat customer and will continue to be, it's a great product with excellent customer service.
Bison NY Strip
The meat arrive on time and totally frozen. The Strip, Rib eye and hamburger have the best flavor off all Bison I have ordered from other sources. NE Bison are the best!
The elk steak
I haven't had any elk steak meat since I was 20 or 21! I'm 66 now, and your elk steaks brought back some fond memories! I got to say,... They are still really tasty!!!
The quality of the strip steak and service were both excellent.
Bison Jalapeno and Cheddar sausage
I purchased 13 bison sausage packages for myself and for gifts. I opened one of the packages for myself and I was very disappointed. The meat was close to 50/50 meat and cheese and the consistency of the meat was terrible. It seemed as through the it was over ground to the point it was like saw dust. If I could return it I would. I am embarrassed to have given it as a Christmas gift. I will not e reordering this product from you again. I am very, very disappointed!
