Yes, change is good!

I’m a guy who always thought the bigger the steak the better and that was mostly always pertaining to beef. Let me tell you since being introduced to your flat iron steaks, I have been hooked. Perfect size for dinner or as a breakfast steak. Not to mention tender and tasty too! Thank you!

Better than expected!

Having never eaten a Flat Iron steak, I was pleasantly surprised. After putting some olive oil on it and my favorite seasoning, I seared it on both sides and threw it in a 400° oven for eight minutes. I found the steak to be incredibly tender and quite tasty. Thank you!

Most items are individually vacuum sealed and placed in boxes before being added to a styrofoam cooler for shipping.
