What does Bison Taste like?
Bison meat is incredibly tender and flavorful. It has a rich and slightly sweet taste, which can be described as "light" or "clean" tasting. Our responsibly ranch raised philosophy and the freedom of our animals to graze and roam around the ranch, ensures that our meat is of exceptional quality in taste, tenderness and appearance. The Bison Prime Rib is as tender and delicious as it gets!
How should I cook the Bison Prime Rib?
We highly recommend watching the video above and following these instructions. We've had many satisfied customers using the slow cooking method Jane describes in the video. We find it's the perfect way to cook this prime cut of roast!
How will this meat arrive?
The Bison Prime Rib is vacuum sealed and placed in a box to protect it during storage and shipping.
Your Prime Rib (and any other items you order) will be placed in a cooler with dry ice to ensure that it stays frozen and cold during shipping. Even if your meat does not arrive still completely frozen (although most of the time it will), as long as it arrive cold to the touch, it is completely safe to re-freeze.
