Best meat

After a bit of trouble with the UPS delivery Nebraska bison was on top of my order sending a replacement. Somehow I received two parcels and because the meat was so good I decided to keep them both one as a whole sirloin and one to cut for steaks. Great customer service and excellent products. I ordered the bison sirloin and the ground elk and both meats are very good quality.

Bison Whole Tenderloin

I purchased this 3.5 lb Tenderloin for my birthday. All I can say is this was the most tender & flavorful meat that I've ever eaten. I got some burgers too and they were absolutely delicious cooked on the grill. "I'll be back "!
