Bison Pot Roast

Easy Bison Oven Pot Roast

This recipe will leave you with amazingly tender bison, and requires very little prep work!


Ingredients:
1 [2.5 lb.] Bison Chuck or Rump Roast
1 cup water
garlic
black pepper
rosemary

Directions:
Place roast in a large roasting pan. Season with garlic, black pepper and rosemary.

If desired, add carrots, potatoes and/or onions to pan.

Add water to the roasting pan and cover with lid.

Place in pre-heated oven at 225*F. Cook for 6 hours.
