Roast Bison Prime Rib

Serves: 6 • Cooking Time: 7 hours

This is our classic and fool-proof method for ensuring a perfect Bison Prime Rib. Though it takes all day – your work is minimal and it's so worth the exquisite taste in the end!

Cooking Instructions:

Season your thawed Bison Prime Rib the night before you plan to serve it. Rub desired amount of Nebraska Bison Steak & Burger Seasoning over all sides of the roast. Wrap the roast in foil and place in refrigerator.

About 7 hours before you are ready to serve dinner, cook at 375*F for 1 hour.

After the hour is up, turn oven off, but keep the door closed - do not open! Leave door closed for 4-5 hours.

Cook at 350*F for 45 minutes to 1 hour more.

Remove from roaster and cover with foil.

Let rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
