
Bison Prime Rib Roast Recipe
Follow Jane's easy, fool-proof recipe to make a perfect bison prime rib roast.
Directions:
Season your thawed Bison Prime Rib the night before you plan to serve it. Rub desired amount of NebraskaBison.com Steak & Burger Seasoning with Sea Salt over all sides of the roast. Wrap the roast in foil and place in refrigerator.
About 7 hours before you are ready to serve dinner, cook at 375 for 1 hour.
After the hour is up, turn oven off, but keep the door closed - do not open! Leave door closed for 4-5 hours.
Cook at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour more.
Remove from roaster and cover with foil.
Let rest 10-15 minutes before serving.
