Bison Steak Fajitas

Try this simple recipe for delicious steak fajitas!

2 [10 oz.] Bison Steaks

Juice of 2-3 limes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

1 large tomato
1 red onions, sliced
3 green onions, chopped
1 large green pepper, sliced
sour cream
picante sauce

4 flour or corn tortillas, warmed

Sprinkle both sides of steak with lime juice, garlic and pepper. Allow to marinate for at least 4 hours.

Grill steak over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Slice.

Sautee onions and peppers with olive oil in a frying pan until tender. Serve with steak slices in warm flour or corn tortillas with garnishes.
