Gourmet Bison Pastrami
red pepper, sliced
red onion, sliced
avocado, mashed and lightly salted
provolone cheese
minced garlic
pepper
butter
french or italian bread
spinach


Directions:
Place a spoonful of butter in a frying pan with red pepper slices, onion slices and black pepper and garlic to taste. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Set aside.

Slice bread and place spinach leaves on bread. Top with cooked vegetables, cheese and pastrami. Spread mashed avocado on the top slice of bread. Put the sandwich together. Eat the sandwich cold, or cook on panini press.
