Bison Flank Steak Marinade

This is Jane's marinade recipe for a delicious bison flank steak.

Bison Flank Steak
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. pepper

In 9 x 13 glass casserole dish, mix together all ingredients. Add steak, turning meat to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high. Place steaks on grill, discard marinade. Grill for 5 minutes per side. Remove from grill and cover with foil to rest for 5 minutes.

Slice thinly against the grain. Serve.
