Savory Bison Oven Roasted Meatballs

1 lb. Ground Bison
1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
1 egg, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. italian seasoning

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended. Form into 24 meatballs about the size of a large walnut. Spray a jelly roll pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place meatballs on pan. Roast in preheated 400 F oven for 10 minutes.
