Pepperjack & BBQ Stuffed Bison Burger

BBQ and Pepperjack cheese make a great combination in this bison burger.

1 lb. Ground Bison
pepperjack cheese, cubed
bbq sauce
onion, sliced
hamburger buns

Form ground bison into 4 equal sized patties. Shape a small well in two of the patties and add a cube of pepperjack cheese and a drizzle of bbq sauce to each. Take the remaining two patties and cover each filled patty.

Place on grill over medium heat and cook for approximately 6 minutes on each side, until cheese is melting and burger is cooked to medium doneness.

Place patty on hamburger bun and top with sliced onion.
