Honey Garlic Bison Sliders

slider buns
1 lb. ground bison
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. cilantro
1 tsp. honey
1 small onion, sliced
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of salt

Mix bison, garlic, cilantro, honey, pepper and salt and shape into small, slider sized patties. 1 lb. of bison should make 6-8 sliders based on size. Set aside.

Slice your onion and place in a frying pan with a few tablespoons of butter. Cook onions until they start to blacken. Remove onions from pan and set aside.

Place patties into frying pan and cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side. Once cooked, place on sliced slider buns with a heaping portion of cooked onions. Serve.
