Grilled NY Strip Steaks with Rosemary & Lemon Marinade
Try this tasty marinade on your next Bison NY Strip Steak.
Bison NY Strip Steaks
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. dried basil
1 tbsp. rosemary
1 tsp. pepper
Lightly season steaks with salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients (except for lemon) in a shallow dish.
Grill steaks over medium heat until they reach medium doneness. Approximately 5-6 minutes on each side.
Once steaks are removed from the grill, place in marinade. Make sure each side of the steak gets immersed in the marinade. After steaks are removed from marinade, sprinkle fresh lemon juice over each steak.
