Greek Bison Burger

This tasty burger is boasts a delicious yogurt sauce and vegetables in place of the typical ketchup and pickles.

1 lb. Ground Bison
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
hamburger buns
red onion, thinly sliced
cucumber, thinly sliced
hamburger buns

Yogurt Sauce:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. dried dill weed
pinch salt
pinch pepper
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Mix together all yogurt sauce ingredients, except feta cheese. Mix well. Add feta cheese crumbles, stir and set aside.

Mix together ground bison, feta cheese and seasonings until blended together. Do not over mix. Form into 2 or 3 patties. Grill patties over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.

Place patties on bun and top with spinach, cucumber, onion and yogurt sauce.
