Broccoli & Bison Won Ton Cups
A unique appetizer or snack with easy to follow instructions using lean bison meat and broccoli.
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground Bison
won ton wrappers
garlic salt
pepper
seasoning salt
fresh broccoli florets, cut into small pieces
cheddar cheese
Directions:
Season the ground bison with garlic salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Brown in frying pan until bison is almost completely cooked.
Spray 2 muffin tins with cooking spray. Add 1 won ton wrapper to each tin, forming a cup with the wrapper.
Add a spoonful of bison, a couple small broccoli florets and a generous sprinkle of cheese to each cup.
Cook at 350* for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and cups are golden.
Notes: 1 lb. of Ground Bison should make approximately 18 cups.
