Bison Smokies

Serves: 4-6 • Cooking time: 1 hour 10 mins

Sweet, salty, tangy and perfectly bite sized Bison Smokies. A crowd pleaser at any event!


• 1- 2 packs of Bison Franks


• 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

• 1/2 cup Ketchup

• 1/4 cup brown sugar

•1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

•1 Tsp garlic powder

•1/4 Tsp Paprika

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a slow cooker add your sliced up Bison Franks to the bottom. In a medium sized bowl combine the barbecue sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and paprika.

2.Pour the sauce over the smokies and cook on low for 1 hour.

3. Serve with toothpicks and enjoy!
