Bison Reuben Crescent Roll Appetizers

Ingredients:
Gourmet Bison Pastrami
sauerkraut
Swiss cheese
refrigerated crescent roll dough
Thousand Island dressing


Directions:
Roll out crescent roll dough onto a cookie sheet. Take a slice of Swiss cheese and place a spoonful of sauerkraut, a piece of Gourmet Bison Pastrami, and a drop of Thousand Island Dressing on top.

Roll the piece of cheese and its toppings together and place at the wide end of a crescent roll. Roll the crescent roll over the cheese and place folded side down on the cookie sheet. Repeat for each crescent roll.

Preheat oven and bake according to package directions.

Notes: 1 tube of crescent rolls will use only about 2-3 slices of Gourmet Bison Pastrami.
