BBQ Bison Cocktail Meatballs

2 lbs. Bison Burger
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs
2 cups uncooked oats
salt/pepper/oregano/garlic, to taste
1/2 cup ketchup
dash of mustard
dash of Worcestershire sauce

BBQ Sauce:
1/4 cup mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. vinegar

Mix bison meat with onion, eggs, oats, seasoning, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed. Shape into small meatballs. Cook under broiler at 400* for about 30 minutes or until well browned.

Mix sauce ingredients and add meatballs to sauce. Place in crockpot on low to heat sauce and keep warm!
