Better than expected!
Having never eaten a Flat Iron steak, I was pleasantly surprised. After putting some olive oil on it and my favorite seasoning, I seared it on both sides and threw it in a 400° oven for eight minutes. I found the steak to be incredibly tender and quite tasty. Thank you!
I have had the flat iron steaks before. Wonderful cuts and very tasty! And the price is right.
