The Best

I have always enjoyed eating beef short ribs. Bison short ribs take it to the next level. I never expected this quality of product and I couldn't be happier.

Delicious!

Followed a recipe for braised short ribs from Gordon Ramsey and it came out great! The bison was so tender and flavorful melt in you mouth.
