old freezer burn bison back ribs.

i always ordered back ribs from nebraska bison company but these ribs i ordered recently seems like they have been in the freezer for a while because the fat on the ribs were really yellow and not usually white as you would get with fresh ribs.i am very disappointed because the ribs were rubbery and lacked taste.i will have to find another company to order ribs from because i did not get my moneys worth on these ribs.

Best ribs ever

This was my first time cooking or trying bison ribs. Without a doubt, by far the best ribs ever. I made them for New Years. Not only did my kids love them, as did I, so did my dad. In fact I gave some to a neighbor & coworker. They all told me it was the best ribs they've ever had, hands down. Their only disappointment is that I didn't have more to give them.
