  • Is the Spicy Elk Susage also a Brat? the difference between the Spicy elk wsausage and the elk brat???

    Yes, both are brats! The difference is just the recipe. The Elk Bratwurst is more of a "plain" bratwurst flavor, while the Spicy Elk Sausage is going to be hotter/spicier.

  • What is the sausage casing made of (beef, potk, cellulose, elk, something else? I ask because so many companies use pork casings and I cannot eat pork due to health reasons (causes bad headaches).

    There are no casings on these bratwursts.
