But, it’s great for other things too! Use the meat on salads, nachos, tacos and so much more! There’s really no limit for how you can use this tender and tasty meat.

The Pulled BBQ Bison Meat is made with our Bison Chuck Roast. It is created to go straight from your freezer to your Crockpot or Pressure Cooker.

Bison Roast, Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Tomato Paste, Honey, Agave, Molasses, Onion, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Corn Starch, and other seasonings.

How will my meals ship?

Orders ship in styrofoam coolers with dry ice. Orders ship Mondays - Wednesdays (depending on your location) via FedEx. Click here for more information on our shipping policy.

What does bison meat taste like?

Bison has a rich, clean and slightly sweet flavor. You'll notice a difference from your first bite! Bison steaks have a deep red color -- and a lot less marbling, but remain incredible tender!

Our responsibly ranch raised philosophy and the freedom of our animals to graze and roam freely ensures that our meat is of superior quality which you will notice in taste and appearance.
