Sun Dried Tomato & Basil Burgers
A delicious bison burger recipe.
1 lb. Ground Bison Burger
coarse ground black pepper
sun dried tomatoes
spicy brown mustard
Add approximately 1 tsp. rosemary and 1 tsp. basil to ground bison. Add a dash of black pepper and salt. Mix into burger and shape into 2-4 patties, depending on the size you prefer.
Place about 1 tsp. olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Allow pan to get hot. Place patties in pan and cook for about 6 minutes on each side or until patties have reached medium doneness with just a little pink in the center.
Place spinach leaves on the bottom hamburger bun and place patty on top. Top patty with sun dried tomatoes and mayo mustard sauce.
To make mayo mustard sauce: Mix mayo and spicy brown mustard. Use approximately two parts mayo and one part mustard, add more or less mustard, to taste.
