Spicy Bison Burger
Give your burger a little extra kick with this Spicy Bison Burger recipe.
1 lb. Ground Bison Burger
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
salt & pepper, to taste
dash of worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
chipotle mayo or chipotle ranch sauce
small onion, sliced
Mix Ground Bison with paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce and green onions. Form into 2, 3 or 4 patties, based on your desired size.
Heat your grill to medium heat. Slice your onion and place rings into a frying pan with butter. Cook until rings are golden brown. Place patties on the grill and grill for 4 minutes on each side, or until burger is juicy and done to a medium or medium well doneness.
Place each patty upon a hamburger bun and add a slice of cheese on top. Add a few onion rings, sliced jalapenos and chipotle mayo. Place bun on top and serve.
