Herb Crusted Bison Filet Mignon

The Filet Mignon requires little assistance in flavor for an excellent bison steak, but if you're looking to try something different, try out this herb crusted recipe.


Ingredients:
Bison Filet Mignon
rosemary
basil
sage
coarse ground black pepper
salt
olive oil

Directions:
Mix together seasonings (everything except olive oil and steak). Rub a small amount of olive oil over filets, then rub on seasoning mixture.

Grill over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side, until filets are to a medium rare or medium doneness.
