Fiesta Bison Hot Dog

A recipe for delicious topping for your next bison hot dog.


Ingredients:
Gourmet Bison Franks
Hot Dog Buns
1 avocado
chopped onion
diced tomato
lime juice
salt
cilantro
fresh jalapeno, sliced
green onion slices

Directions:
Peel and mash avocado in a small bowl. Add a handful of chopped onion, diced tomato and cilantro. Add lime juice and salt to taste. Mix guacamole until well blended.

Grill hot dog over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, until hot and juicy. Place frank in a bun and spread a generous amount of guacamole on top. Place jalapeno slices and green onion and top and serve.
