Bison Steak & Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
Use bison steak slices and fresh vegetables to create a tasty stir fry dish, served atop steamed rice.
1 10 oz. Bison Top Sirloin Steak, cut into small strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp. oil (more if needed)

1 cup water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. corn starch
ginger, to taste
garlic, to taste
pepper, to taste
Mix ingredients for sauce together in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add seasoned bison - only a couple pieces at a time. Cook until browned and no longer pink, remove from skillet and set aside. Do this for all bison pieces. Add additional oil as needed.
Once bison is cooked, raise temperature to medium-high and add to vegetables and sauce to skillet and stir fry to cook. Serve vegetables and buffalo / bison over white rice.
