Bison Reuben

Ingredients:
Pumpernickel bread
Swiss Cheese
Gourmet Bison Pastrami
Sauerkraut, dried & drained
Thousand Island Dressing or Russian Dressing
Butter


Directions:
On a cookie sheet, lay your bread and butter the top. Lay two pieces of Swiss cheese on top. Add a piece of Pastrami. On top of that, add a layer of Sauerkraut. Add dressing on top of that. Mix sauerkraut with dressing. Add another layer of meat and cheese. Butter both sides of the top piece of bread. Place in pre-heated oven (350F) until butter is melted and bread starts to toast. Take out of oven, flip the sandwiches, butter the top of the bread (this will keep it moist), place back in oven for another 8-10 minutes. Take out, let cool and enjoy!
