Bison Meatloaf Recipe
This recipe for Jane's meatloaf uses lean ground bison meat in the ultimate comfort food!
3 lbs. Ground Buffalo Meat
1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
Mix buffalo, onion, oatmeal and eggs together thoroughly. Shape into a loaf and place in greased loaf pan. Mix topping ingredients together and pour over uncooked meat loaf. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Do not overcook.
