Bison Won Ton Tacos

Try this recipe for a unique twist on tacos featuring lean ground bison meat.


Ingredients:
won ton wraps
1 lb. Ground Bison
small onion, diced
1 packet taco seasoning
water
green onions, sliced
shredded colby jack cheese

Garnishes:
garden fresh pico de gallo
guacamole
sour cream

Directions:
Brown 1 lb. Ground Bison meat and onion over medium heat. When almost all pink is gone from the bison, add packet of your favorite taco seasoning and add water according to directions on the packet.

Preheat oven to 350* F. Spray 2 muffin tins with cooking spray. Place one won ton wrapper in each hole of tins.

Spoon 1-2 spoonfuls of bison taco mixture into each won ton cup. Place a small sprinkle of shredded cheese on top.

Cook for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and won tons are golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle green onion slices on top. Remove from pan. Serve with pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream.
