Asian Bison Meatball Recipe
A fun, asian inspired appetizer or cocktail meatball with delicious flavor.
1 lb. Ground Bison Meat
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/8 cup rice vinegar
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Mix together meatball ingredients until well combined. Shape into small balls and place on a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 14 minutes or until done.
While meatballs are baking, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients until blended. When meatballs have completed baking, dip meatballs into sauce mixture and make sure they are fully covered. Or, double the sauce recipe, pour into a crockpot on low heat and add meatballs. Stir to cover the meatballs with sauce.
