Our new Chef Prepared Frozen Skillet Meals are an easy way to have a delicious and healthy meal. Cooking instructions are placed on the bag and each meal goes straight from your freezer to the skillet to your place in under 20 minutes. For best results, use a non-stick skillet.

Bison Breakfast Hash

This meal includes our slightly spicy bison sausage along with potatoes and vegetables to give you a nutritious and tasty meal in the morning. If you'd like, you can scramble in a couple eggs as well. Serve with toast.

Note: These meals are made in a kitchen that also handles gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, soy, dairy and other allergens.

Ingredients

Red Potatoes, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Onion, Bison Sausage (Bison, Water, Seasoning [Salt, Spices (Black Pepper, Fennel, Red Pepper), Paprika], Corn Starch), Garlic, and Seasonings.

Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat a non-stick skillet on Medium with 1 Tbsp of oil of your choice. Add contents of bag and saute until warmed through, 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

Use your spoon to break apart any large chunks while stirring as the dish heats up.

Optional: Once dish is warmed through, add 3 beaten eggs and scramble into hash.
