Bison Patties + Sirloins Special Package:
- 12 [1/3 lb.] Bison Burger Patties
- 4 [10 oz.] Bison Top Sirloin
The Bison Burger Patties are vacuum sealed in packages of 3 (to make 1 lb. packages) and placed in cartons with 4 packages per box. The Bison Top Sirloin Steaks will be individually vacuum sealed and placed in a carton of 4.
We then place each of your cartons plus the seasoning in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice to ensure that it stays frozen and cold during shipping. Even if your meat does not arrive still completely frozen (although most of the time it will), as long as it arrive cold to the touch, it is completely safe to re-freeze and cook.
